This is not a sales pitch or sort of. Rather, I am asking myself what will be the impact on Businesses and Customers as soon as a “WhatsApp” way of “business” conversations will be deployed and how habits and behaviors will influence technology adaptation.
Regardless of what is known, under testing and planned to be launched by Facebook over WhatsApp and its business verified account, a key question is rather what will be the real value transferred and finally perceived to clients. Will WhatsApp seamlessly be able to interface any Business and let customers have “trusted” and “secure” conversations as nowadays happen with peers, friends and families?
