Delivery of the “Certificate” is to be held today in Milan: the company devoted less than two years to achieve, which is below the average

Ubiquity, a specialized OLO (Other Licensed Operator) which has been providing professional mobile services to large enterprises since 1999, is becoming an ELITE company before the end of 2015.
The ELITE Programme of the Italian Stock Exchange / London Stock Exchange, founded in 2012, provides a unique platform of integrated services dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses to help them in the process of growth and thus win the challenges of international markets.
To this respect, in 2014 Ubiquity decided to participate in the program. Being the Italian leader in the field of messaging services, managing SMS alerts and notifications for major Italian banks, Ubiquity reached to the level of 565 million text messages in 2014, with an annual growth rate of more than 35% – consistent in recent years. Turnover increased by 35% in the first half of 2015 compared with the same period of 2014, reaching to more than 13.5 million EUR, with an expected annual closure higher than 28.5 million EUR.
Having achieved such important numbers in the Italian market, Ubiquity has decided to open its horizons to the foreign market to further grow its business.
Today, Tuesday, November 3, 2015 , the presentation of the companies admitted to ELITE will be hosted at the Palazzo Mezzanotte of the Italian Stock Exchange from 10 to 13, where Ubiquity will also receive ELITE Certificate, upon the successful conclusion of a journey that lasted less than two years, below the average time that a company typically devotes to be part of this program.
The achievement of this important result shows that Ubiquity has the structure and expertise to address the complexity of the global scenario, who is ready to set even more ambitious goals, to become even more visible and more attractive to potential investors.
